heartbeatstudio was established in 1982 and is set up to record all types of music from rock, indie, dance, country, etc through to audio visual 'sound tracks' and commercial advertising for television and radio. With over 25 years experience engineering and producing tracks and albums for a wide variety of recording artists, including Susan Boyle, they can handle virtually any project. There is a spacious control room overlooking fields with natural daylight and a large studio for complete live band recording with a separate soundproof booth. They can arrange, record, produce and play all your original music in house.
With plenty space for parking, fresh country air and very laid back Middleton Inn only 2 minutes away from the studio, heartbeatstudio is the place for you and only 20 minutes from Edinburgh city centre and access to the A1 city bypass is 10 minutes away.
